Shipping Policy

All orders have a standard 5-7 day fulfillment timeline.  During special sales and promotions you may see a slight delay. Please allow 2-3 weeks on custom made products.

If an item in your order has a production timeline this means that your item is being made specifically for you.  We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible but a production item may slow it down.

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Tulsa Area CURBSIDE PICKUP – If you are local to Tulsa and ordering on our website, choose curbside pickup (unless of course you would rather us ship your order). Once your order is complete, you will receive an email and a text letting you know your order is available for pickup.  Pick up your order ONLY AT 5202 S. Harvard Ave. by parking in one of our designated parking spots for pick up and following the simple directions on the sign directly in front of your parking space.  If you do place an order with a custom item, we will give you a call and an email once your order is ready for pick up. 

Things to keep in mind:

  1. You will need your phone for pick up.
  2. Curbside Hours:  Monday – Friday, 10-4
  3. This service is free!
  4. We will be taking all safety precautions to make sure we respect your health and wellness!
